Talks & Articles by Dr. Katherine Noble

Dr. Katy has spoken to a variety of audiences since moving to this area in 2003, in the spirit of promoting health and wellness. Over the years, she shared her passion for teaching with children of all ages in the classroom at a number of local schools, including Greenwich High School, Greenwich Country Day School, Bridges Preschool, Old Greenwich School, and Christ Church Preschool.

She enjoys speaking to parents not only in the school setting but also in community venues, such as the Greenwich YMCA, The Water Club, and First Congregational Church of Greenwich. She has spoken to prospective parents at Greenwich Hospital, and was a featured speaker in 2019 at a Stamford Hospital event highlighting their programs for women, children, and babies.

As the medical advisor to Greenwich Public Schools (beginning February 2020), she has been a strong supporter of keeping schools open through the COVID19 pandemic, and has provided both guidance for the administration and teaching for GPS nurses. She is a big proponent of mental health awareness and speaks annually to GCDS middle schoolers. She is an enthusiastic assistant in science classrooms with middle school and high school students learning through dissection (brain, heart and eye). She was featured in a Global Lyme Alliance video in 2015 at their NYC fundraising event, and was interviewed by Channel 3 WFSB Eyewitness News in 2020 regarding back to school recommendations.

In addition, Dr. Katy is a contributing author for Serendipity Magazine, and other publications, where she writes about health, wellness, and parenting.
